Mini Dam tot Damloop Amsterdam-Noord

Also in Amsterdam North there is a Mini Dam tot Damloop. The department Sports of the district Amsterdam North together with Le Champion organises this mini run for children form the area of Amsterdam North. The start is at the schoolyard of the Bonkelaar and the finish is at the Cruijff Court at the Molenwijk. After the finish you can enjoy all Damlopers who pass by afterwards. So stick around and encourage them!

There are two distances: 

• 1,0 km (4 until 7 years)
• 1,8 km (8 until 13 years)
  
  

Start

At 9.10 hours the warming-up starts led by a street dance teacher. This happens at the schoolyard of the Bonkelaar at the Molenwijk. After that the children will start in two groups.

Register

Would you like to participate in the Mini Dam tot Damloop? Then register online for € 5 and receive your starting number with your first name and time registration. Registration includes a unique medal and bottle of drink at the finish. You will also receive photos on the results page or in the Le Champion app in the week after the event! Registration opens on 23 April.

For running the Mini Dam tot Damloop there is a limit per distance:

Be aware: only at the starting area 4 – 7 years it is allowed that your parents can run with you. If you are older, your parents can take you to the starting area. After that they can walk to the finish. They will be there on time to encourage you.

Course

The oldest group first makes a round around the flats Paltrok, Bovenkruier and Grondzeiler. After that they will follow the same course as the youngest group. This run follows the cycle path to the shopping centre, after which the course of the big Dam tot Damloop will be followed until the Molenwijkpark.

Finish

The finish is at the Cruijff Court at the Molenwijk, where all participants will receive their well-earned medal and a little present from the city district.
